Welcome to the Terms for the Anders Group Referral Program. To qualify for a job seeker referral bonus (Referral Bonus), you must be an individual (not a business entity) and a resident of North America who is eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.  When making a referral, you must use your personalized referral code to refer a job to a new job seeker who establishes his or her own Anders Group user account or you must provide a new job seeker’s contact information (name, phone number, and email) using the “Refer-A-Friend” function In either case, the new job seeker must be placed in a thirteen (13) week travel contract position and satisfactorily complete the full thirteen (13) weeks, or hired as permanent placement by a Anders Group client, and must work for the client for a minimum of ninety (90) days. You will not earn any Referral Bonus if the referred job seeker works only part of the thirteen (13) week or ninety (90) day requirement.  You must be the first to refer a job seeker for a role in order to qualify for a Referral Bonus. If a job seeker is hired for a different role than the one you referred them to within one-hundred twenty (120) days of your referral, you will receive a Referral Bonus provided no other person has referred the job seeker to the role for which they were hired.  You will not be eligible for a Referral Bonus for any referrals made prior to March 4, 2019, or for any referrals that are made outside the Anders Group application.

The job seeker referral bonuses are given for the purpose of attracting brand new job seekers* to Anders Group. You can earn only one Referral Bonus per person referred, and you can’t refer yourself. The referred job seeker must either click through your referral code to register his or her account or enter your referral code when registering his or her account for you to be eligible for the Referral Bonus.  We will endeavor to pay Referral Bonuses within thirty (30) days after we verify that one has been earned (including verification that the job seeker satisfactorily completed a thirteen (13) week travel assignment.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program and to modify these terms and conditions at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. The Referral Bonus is also subject to our Job Seeker Terms of Service. Third-party recruiters, recruitment agencies, vendors, and Anders Group employees who are not billable to a Anders Group client, Anders Group clients, hiring managers, or anyone involved in the hiring decision related to the candidate they referred are excluded from participation in this Referral Program. Any referral that would violate any non-compete, non-solicitation, or otherwise create a conflict of interest in Anders Group’s sole discretion will not be considered for a Referral Bonus.

If you are an employee of Anders Group or any affiliate, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: (1) any and all time spent referring, locating or inviting potential employees under this Referral Program is non-compensable and voluntary; (2) your only expectation of compensation is limited to any job seeker referral bonuses properly awarded under this Referral Program in Anders Group’s sole and absolute discretion; and (3) any recruitment efforts you undertake while participating in this Referral Program do not involve significant time; and (4) any activity is limited to after-hours solicitation of those in your social network.  Additionally, eligible current employees will receive their payment as supplemental income subject to tax withholding in their paycheck.

For non-Anders Group employees: you will be required to complete the WorkLLama LLC (WorkLLama) onboarding process and provide an IRS form W-9 (and any other document that WorkLLama may require) to receive the referral bonus. After you have submitted the required paperwork and contact information, payment will be made by WorkLLama. In accordance with IRS guidelines, if total payment(s) exceed the annual reporting amount as required by the IRS, you will receive 1099 for the year payment was received from WorkLLama LLC.

*For purposes of this Referral Program, a “brand new job seeker” is a referred candidate who has not had two-way communication with Anders Group within the last 60 days.
