- Be responsible to build implementation team to support growth of the organization
- Be responsible for all post sales activities
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively manage relationships with our customers
- Map out implementation, training, and support process to provide best customer experience
- Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction and customer churn rate
- Provide required support in sales process to win the deals
- Cultivate and build relationships with key strategic customers and partners
- Be responsible to build customer references
- Be responsible for all existing contract renewals
- Be responsible for customer SLAs
- Hands on with the product and understand all features and functionality
- Be responsible to provide active feedback from customers about the product-to-product management team
- Provide continuous feedback on the market trends and its impact to WorkLLama and it’s fit into the product eco-system
- Develop and deliver high quality WorkLLama presentations to prospects and customers
- Other tasks as required to make the team successful
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in product implementation role
- Any graduate or master’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
- Very strong customer focus
- Must be aggressive in following up with the customers or internally with developers / QA to ensure that the customers issues are addressed on priority and business impacts to customer workflow is minimal
- Must be persuasive in dealing with customers to cross-sell and up-sell product features
- Understand and visualize business flows
- Develop functional and basic technical understanding of WorkLLama product portal, iOS and Android mobile apps – be able to logically work on trouble shooting issues
- Empathize with customer business workflows and develop test cases and perform testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams / customers to define test cases and perform relevant testing activities
- Display positive attitude in the face of aggressive timelines and have a sense of pride in meeting delivery timelines with utmost quality
- Must be a self-motivated go-getter and be able to take up initiatives
- Candidates with prior technical experience in a similar environment are preferred
