We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representatives/Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. As a Sales Development Representative, your work focuses on our outbound sales strategy.  You will be responsible for high volume outbound B2B calls directed to C-level executives, Procurement Professionals and Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Professionals to promote our technology solutions and set leads for our outside sales team. Appointment generation is your main responsibility, introducing our solutions to clientele and scheduling introductory and product demonstration calls.

To be successful as a sales development representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top sales development representative should also be very competitive and a good listener. 

Your Responsibilities and What you’ll be doing:

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients 
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling & lead follow-up 
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and build rapport 
  • Identifying decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process 
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to further develop leads and close business opportunities 
  • Ensuring the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database records are up to date 
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling & lead follow-up 
  • Following up on leads found by marketing who’ve demonstrated interest in our service 
  • Engaging in ongoing training on business-to-business sales approaches/techniques 
  • Collaborating with Management to execute strategic sales approaches 
  • Keeping up with product information and updates. 
  • Creating and delivering qualified opportunities to the Sales team according to defined process 
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events 
  • Handling inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and converting them into sales qualified leads 
  • Overcoming objections of prospective customers 
  • Attending regular sales training sessions 
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position 




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 years lead generation and/or inside sales experience for a SaaS company 
  • Minimum 2 years customer service or related market/business experience 
  • Prior experience successfully working in metrics driven environment 
  • Strong customer orientation 
  • Positive attitude towards change and growth that supports B2B best business practices 
  • Ability and experience selling to Manager, Director and C-Suite levels within organizations 
  • Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities 
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills; professional and courteous disposition 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
