What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Selling SaaS solutions into HR, Talent Acquisition and contingent labor programs.
  • Leveraging your extensive SaaS sales and HR tech and contingent workforce industry experience to drive new business opportunities
  • Navigating complex org structures and tech stacks across the business as you lead discovery conversations, product demos and solution discussions
  • Driving new customer acquisitions and hunting new logos
  • Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans
  • Building relationships with decision makers and influencers
  • Developing relationships with partner’s sales representatives to jointly pursue opportunities
  •  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in selling HR tech
  • Ability to sell across a portfolio and understand all aspects of solution selling
  • Must be a hunter with proven history of closing new business and meeting/or exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with prospects
  • Strong positive coaching background combined with professional integrity
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • High-level energy and commitment, combined with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools
  • Experience working in a CRM including sales forecasting for your territory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple buyer personas
  • A logical and methodical sales process
