At WorkLLama, diversity, equity, and inclusion aren’t just buzzwords; they’re core values that drive our business and enable our customers to do the same. Since our inception, our mission has been to create a workplace where people are valued and respected and where underrepresented communities gain access to meaningful work.
WorkLLama is committed to cultivating an environment that celebrates our differences, and where everyone has equal opportunities to thrive and succeed. We believe that diversity of skills, thought, experience, and background is what drives innovation and creativity. Moreover, we recognize that we have a responsibility to promote equity and inclusion in all aspects of our business, including how we engage our internal staff, how we develop our platform, how we engage with our customers, and how we interact with our communities.
In pursuit of our mission, we will continue to listen and learn from our employees, customers, partners, and the market. We hold ourselves accountable for ensuring that our actions and business decisions reflect our core values, and we will work tirelessly to ensure that everyone who works with us feels included, respected, and valued.
WorkLLama has formed a strategic partnership with The Ability People (TAP), a consulting and advisory services firm focused on inclusion in the workplace. The goal is to create an inclusive culture for all workers, particularly those with a disability, ensuring everyone is equitably included and removing any barriers for workers and organizations to gain access to the widest pool of qualified candidates. We do this by guiding companies to ensure their talent attraction and recruitment processes are accessible, provide a safe and equitable experience for all candidates, and have a positive employer brand in the disability community.
WorkLLama is passionate about supporting our future workforce. One way we’re doing this is by partnering with Panathlon, a national charity which gives young people with disabilities the opportunity to take part in competitive sport. For every user who follows WorkLLama on LinkedIn and tags us using the hashtag #WorkLLama4Panathlon, we’ll make a donation to the charity on your behalf.
We are a proud sponsor of Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2023 DEI Influencers. This list recognizes the accomplishments of individuals from the workforce solutions industry committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across their organizations. We remain committed to honoring professionals, executives, and organizations whose dedication to equality is creating necessary change for underrepresented communities including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, working mothers, veterans, neurodiverse, disabled, and the formerly incarcerated.
