WorkLLama complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We’ve certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that we adhere to the DPF Principles for personal data received from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If this Policy conflicts with the DPF Principles, the Principles will govern. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) oversees our DPF Program compliance.
