The Client
The Challenge
After a large merger, the customer found itself with many disparate systems. Their contingent labor programs and tech stacks were fragmented, making it difficult to assess and track talent. They decided to go out to bid for a new MSP and VMS and included direct sourcing (technology and services) in their MSP strategic decision making. The goal for leaders was to find one platform to house every single worker so they can begin to build talent pools to streamline communication, garner referrals, and easily redeploy and retain top talent.
Use Case
The customer chose WorkLLama as their direct sourcing platform during their contingent labor management assessment, which included VMS and MSP selection. To start, there is approximately $100M in Staff Augmentation spend in the NAM and $70M in the UK and Nordics that are in scope for direct sourcing. Post go-live, the customer will have direct access to candidates across skill sets (corporate, production, post-production and more) and worker categories (W2, 1099, and equivalents in other countries/regions). This enables them to build brand awareness with their various talent communities, something that was fragmented previously. They can also leverage known talent and attract new talent to the brand through WorkLLama’s automated talent marketing, dynamic talent pools, and AI-driven referral engine.
The customer works with a wide range of staffing agencies but feels that having a direct sourcing platform offers a way to bring in talent for less cost in a faster timeframe. This allows them to directly communicate the work that needs to be performed and creates excitement around their innovative projects across business units.
Language scope will begin with English (US and UK) and Spanish and will eventually bring in all of EMEA and APAC through global expansion, including early phase translation services for French, Danish, German, and Swedish. Further translation services will be added as required in region.
