About the role
What You’ll Be Doing:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience with demonstrated success in selling business applications in HR space, preferably VMS, HRIS or MSP solutions
- 3-5 years of related HR / TA Tech SaaS sales experience
- Someone who has met or exceeded their sales quotas in the last 3 years
- Ability to sell into Mid to Large enterprise organizations navigating complex sales process
- Ability to operate in a structured approach and build a quality pipeline to meet the required quota / goals
- Ability to lead and present solutions to the respective stake holders
- Ability to build trust and credibility with prospects
- Understanding and knowledge of different workforce solutions and stakeholders is important
- Unwavering commitment to personal performance, and a history of over-achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Strong positive coaching background combined with professional integrity
- Experience selling into broad industry based
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- High-level energy and commitment, combined with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Ability to contribute or build and lead a team
- Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools
- Experience working in a CRM including sales forecasting for your territory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple buyer personas
- A logical and methodical sales process
- Intellectual curiosity: someone who strives to understand everything about the market and the needs of our customers in order to provide a compelling solution
