Innova needed a robust, automated way to arm their thousands of recruiters with a scalable way to personalize messages, provide omnichannel communication, and deliver a better talent experience for their recruiters and candidates.
Use Case
In just four-and-a-half months, WorkLLama was brought in to replace their existing Sense platform that was being used for both messaging and automated engagement workflows. to approximately 700 global recruiters across Technology, LI, Professional, Admin, and others and 4600 customers. In that time, a new Chrome extension that enable users to customize the Chrome browsing experience was deployed in over 120 automated engagement workflows with 150,000+ candidates tapping into the messaging solution. The total workflow messages sent since implementation is over 10,500.
This allows recruiters to search results on the ATS page and outreach via Chrome, giving them access to talent pools to leverage highly skilled, available talent. They were also able to leverage personalized templates to send communication to prospective talent in bulk based on their talent pool(s), skills, and location.
Recruiters were also given access to Chat Hub and assigned to a primary messaging number and additional shared lines (Hubs). The Chat Hub functionality allows users to switch between their primary messaging number and additional Hub lines with the click of a button and can see multiple conversations at once, enabling them to respond quicker, reducing time-to-fill and delivering a superior user experience.
