This customer had many tech stacks and were fragmented, making it difficult to assess and track talent. The goal for leaders was to find one platform to house every single worker so they can begin to build talent pools to streamline communication and easily redeploy and retain top talent. The customer has a large contractor base with previous work experience at the customer, so garnering referrals and growing their referral network of similarly experienced talent was top of mind. Specifically, finding engineers, field and oil rig specialists, professional-level positions, data scientists, and cable repair, both in the US and UK.
