2022 Year in Review

Can you believe it’s almost 2023? We at WorkLLama have had our busiest year on record. Not only did our team get to attend fabulous industry events like SIA’s CWS Summit in the US and Europe, HR Tech, Healthcare Staffing Summit, Staffing World, and many others, we also hosted and participated in a number of webinars with colleagues, customers, and partners. We took part in research with Everest Research, producing an analysis of Direct Sourcing as a Gateway to Total Talent Acquisition (TTA) and Staffing Industry Analysts’ report Direct Sourcing 3.0: Personalization through Automation. We also took a deep dive into the state of healthcare with our report Addressing the Biggest Threat to the Health of the Healthcare Industry.

We thought you might enjoy a snapshot of the year, along with links to find some of our 2022 blogs, eBooks, and press releases, so you have everything in one place.

WorkLLama helps companies leverage their own brand to create powerful candidate experiences. Existing talent channels are underperforming, and organizations are struggling to find quality talent for open roles, making workforce planning a challenge. Direct sourcing through WorkLLama’s talent marketing and dynamic talent pools allows companies to maintain active communication with former employees, silver medalists, alumni, and passive candidates, decreasing their reliance on traditional staffing methods and saving time and money with one simple, unified platform to manage it all.

This year, we dedicated a lot of time helping educate the market on a few differentiators that help set WorkLLama apart from the competition. Our key differentiators include: SEO-optimized career sites (job boards, landing pages, campaigns, etc.) built with no-code editors leveraging the principles of eCommerce; referral management that creates multi-level marketing and crowdsourced recruiting; an AI-driven, conversational chatbot (Sofi); dynamic talent pooling capabilities; integrated omni-channel communications; and internal talent marketplaces with MS-Teams and WhatsApp integrations.

WorkLLama was in the news quite a bit this year! We were selected as a preferred partner by several large, global MSPs, including Randstad SourceRight and CXC Global, for our unrivaled ability to attract and engage candidates in private, branded talent communities and build sustainable, global talent pipelines. We also partnered with Checkr, an AI-driven background check automation platform, to deliver a faster, more robust way to onboard talent.

We were also honored with several awards this year, including TALiNT’s TIARA Talent Acquisition Award for Contractor Solution of the Year. We also came in as “highly commended” in The Workforce Solution of the Year Award. We were also named Ardent Partners’ “Key Provider for 2022” on the Future of Work Exchange! According to Chris Dwyer, “Although WorkLLama has become one of the market leaders in the direct sourcing technology arena, there is so much more to the platform than just functionality related to talent curation, talent pool development, and candidate management. Innovative offerings such as its AI-fueled, conversational bot (Sofi), simple and automated referrals, and in-mobile-app candidate assessments are examples of how the platform will thrive in the coming months and years.”

While we’re proud of our accomplishments this year, we’re gearing up for an even brighter 2023. If you want to learn how WorkLLama is helping companies achieve their strategic talent goals, please visit workllama.com.
